CAN Denies Collecting N7 billion Bribe From Jonathan

Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has denied collecting N7 billion bribe from President Goodluck Jonathan to campaign against the presidential candidate of  the All Progressives Congress(APC), Muhammadu Buhari.

The group said the allegation is one of the many evil plots to dent the image of CAN’s leadership. Sunday Oibe, Public Relation Officer (PRO) of Northern CAN , stated that the allegation is a complete lie.

He noted that the allegation is to silence the voice of CAN leaders against the tyranny and oppression that Christians suffer in the north-east and other parts of northern Nigeria.

A Borno-based Pastor, Kallamu Musa-Dikwa, had on Thursday accused the leadership of CAN of collecting N7 billion form President Jonathan to rubbish Buhari.
