HOW TO AVOID 'CRYING' WHEN CUTTING THE ONION- O.ADESANYA



According to Wikipedia 'The Onion also known as the bulb onion or common onion, is used as a vegetable and is the most widely cultivated species of the genus Allium,

The phytochemicals in onions improve the working of Vitamin C in the body, thus gifting you with improved immunity. Onions contain chromium, which assists in regulating blood sugar. For centuries, onions have been used to reduce inflammation and heal infections.

However, with the benefits that can be gained from Onions, it can be a real challenge cutting it. To prevent  teary eyes while cutting it, there is a simple task to perform; cut it into half and put it inside the fridge for 10 mins. You can be sure that when you do this, 'crying' while cutting up the Onion wil be a thing of the past.
